Going to start Couch to 5K tomorrow. I’m scared and excited at the same time. Even though I’ve only done interval training for 2 days now I actually like running. I just need to sort out my breathing. It’s not my legs that stop me from running, its my lungs! I just googled some breathing techniques and I’m going to try what I’ve read on almost every link I clicked on — breathe in through the nose every 3 steps and out through your mouth every 2. Hopefully that works!
Time to get some sleep now, night!
